New rumors suggest that The Last of Us Part II Remastered could be announced for PC soon.

The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered will reportedly get a PC port soon, according to new rumors. Usually, PC ports for PlayStation games are released a year after they are released initially. Sony previously stated that more PlayStation-exclusive games would be available on PC as the company changed its business strategy to increase profit.

PlayStation chairman Hiroki Totoki said the company will focus more on improving the hardware and releasing first-party PlayStation games for PC. As a result, Sony announced Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut, which will be released on PC on May 16, 2024. New leaks suggest that one of the most popular PlayStation titles, The Last of Us Part 2 is also heading to PC this year.

The Last of Us Part 2 Coming To PC?

According to reliable leaker Silknigth on Twitter, the PC version of The Last of Us Part II Remastered might be announced soon. Silknigth previously leaked the announcement of Ghost of Tsushima’s PC port accurately. The leaker posted on Twitter that The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered is expected to be announced in April. However, he stated there will be a long period between the announcement and the game’s release date.

Silknigth did not mention when the PC port for The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered will be announced, nor the release date. However, the game could be released before the second season of The Last of Us series on HBO. The second season of the hit TV series is currently under production and set to premiere in 2025, so Sony could be coming to PC around that point.
