There are 11 Health Upgrades spread throughout 7 chapters in Trek to Yomi. Here’s how to get all of them.

Trek to Yomi is a beautifully crafted 3D side-scroller game developed by Polish videogame studio Flying Wild Hog. The samurai action game is set in the Japanese Edo period, where you have to play as a Samurai named Hiroki.

As a Samurai fighting to avenge his people, you will encounter many challenging foes. Some alone can overwhelm you, but most come in groups. With a lack of an autosave or save game feature, your survival becomes of paramount importance.

To make sure you last longer in battles, you will need to collect health upgrades. Health upgrades in Trek to Yomi will permanently increase your max health threshold. And you’ll be able to increase your health a total of 11 times throughout the entire game.

While you will encounter most health upgrades easily, some can elusive. And if you want to get the Determined Collector trophy, you will need to collect all of the health upgrades. To make sure you don’t miss out on any, we have provided all the Health Upgrade locations in this guide.

All Health Upgrade Locations in Trek to Yomi

Health Upgrades are scattered throughout the world and will look like porcelain urns. With that being said, black-and-white visuals paired with fixed camera angles sure make it difficult to spot things.

However, there’s no need to worry as the health upgrades, like all other collectibles in Trek to Yomi, can be distinguished by their sparkle. Below we have listed all the health upgrade locations from each chapter.

Chapter 1 Health Upgrade Location

Health Upgrade #1

You will only find one health upgrade in this chapter.

Instead of crossing the bridge, enter the gate on your left and keep heading left until you find a dock with fishing nets tied to it. The health upgrade can be found right in the middle of the pier.
