Call of Duty fans have been asking for Capture the Flag game mode to return and their wish might be coming true.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 may soon bring back Capture the Flag game mode, as teased by Sledgehammer Games. Fans have been asking the developers to bring back the classic fan-favorite game mode to Modern Warfare 3, and their prayers may have been answered.
Capture the Flag has been a massively popular game mode in several first-person shooting games, including Call of Duty, Halo, and Unreal Tournament. The game mode was first introduced in Call of Duty: United Offensive expansion pack for the original first Call of Duty title in 2004.
Capture the Flag has been featured in most Call of Duty titles since it was added to the game. However, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Call of Duty: Ghosts, and Call of Duty: Vanguard did not feature the game mode.
