New Talon skin has been revealed as part of the brand new skin line, Primal Ambush; splash art, price, and release date revealed.
League of Legends is universally recognized as a cultural phenomenon. It has a rich history of innovative gameplay changes, an enviable Esports scene, and last but not least, a powerhouse of artistic assets. Music video, cinematics, animation, cosmetics – these are all big contributors to the game’s commercial success.
Among those, the consistent release of refreshing new skin lines every year is praiseworthy. Currently, Riot boasts a collection of more than 120 skin lines, each unique in concept and narrative. Each year, Riot uses new technologies, tools, and artistic talents to push the boundaries beyond people’s expectations.
This year, they are releasing several skin lines. For example, the Heavenscale line-up, to celebrate the new Lunar Year, along with the return of Porcelain, Faerie Court, Blood Moon, and Project line-ups.
However, all eyes will be on the ‘Primal Ambush’ skins, a completely new concept that Riot will introduce to us in the first quarter of 2024. The prominent features of the skins in this line take inspiration from the prehistoric-era tigers. That’s why you will notice cat ears, claws, and fangs on the champion’s body. Already, the skins are in the PBE. Talon, Vi, Riven, and Sivir will be getting Primal Ambush skins.

Being under the ‘Epic’ skin tier, Primal Ambush Talon will be priced at 1350 RP.
Release Date
All the Primal Ambush skins, along with Primal Ambush Talon, will be released in Patch 14.2, which will be live on Wednesday, January 24, 2024.
