Here are the characters who could potentially come to the Chronicled Wish banner in Genshin Impact.
Hoyoverse has announced the new ‘Chronicled Wish’ banner will be coming to Genshin Impact in the version 4.5 special program livestream. This new banner will go live when the version 4.5 update goes live and will stay in the game throughout the entire patch. The Chronicled Wish banner will feature 5-star characters from a certain region and different 5-star weapons.
Hoyoverse mentioned that the Chronicled Wish banner characters and weapons will change in future patches. However, this banner will work differently than the regular Character and Weapon Wish banners as it will feature a lot of characters and weapons.

How Chronicled Wish Banner Works
Starting from the version 4.5 update, the Chronicled Wish banner will be released, featuring several old 5-star characters and weapons. Hoyoverse explained that the banner will have “Chronicled Path” mechanics, similar to the Weapon banner’s ‘Epitomized Path’ system.
The Chronicled Wish banner will feature 5-star characters from a specific region. The featured characters in the banner will have appeared at least 3 times on the “Character Event Wish” banner.
Players must choose the “Chronicled Path” by selecting a 5-star character or weapon from the banner before pulling. If the players set the path of the preferred item to be a character, the 5-star item they will obtain will only be characters, and the same will apply if they choose a weapon.
However, if the 5-star item players get is not the one they set the path for, they will gain a Fate Point. In that case, the following 5-star item players will obtain will be the one players set the path for.
Players will get a 5-star item after making 90 pulls on the Chronicled Wish banner, the same as the currently available banners. However, there is a chance players will receive a 5-star character or weapon early. Players will also receive a guaranteed 4-star or higher item every ten pulls. Hoyoverse has announced that the items on each Chronicled Wish banner will change in future patches.
