Hoyoverse announced Chiori, the newest 5-star character in the Genshin Impact version 4.5 Special Program livestream with new events, rerun character banners, and free Primogem codes.
HoYoverse broadcasted the Genshin Impact Version 4.5 Special Program and announced a new 5-star character and some other popular character banners returning to the game in the upcoming update. With the new rerun banners, Hoyoverse has introduced a new type of banner that will let players pull for certain rerun characters and weapons.
Chiori, the newest 5-star Geo character is coming in the version 4.5 update. She may dual-wield swords in combat and most likely will be a DPS character. In addition, other popular characters such as Neuvillette, Arataki Itto, and Kaedehara Kazuha will have their rerun banners in the new update with more fun events in the upcoming Genshin Impact version 4.5 update.

Genshin Impact Version 4.5 Livestream Primogem Codes
The Genshin Impact version 4.5 special program livestream Primogem codes are below-
- DAKTDBWTZTYR – 100 Primogems, 10 Mystic Ore
- AT3BDSWTYBKD – 100 Primogems, 5 Hero’s Wit
- 5TKAUAWAGBJR – 100 Primogems, 50,000 Mora
Character Event Banners for Version 4.5 Update
Chiori, the newest 5-star character from Fontaine, will be coming in Phase 1 as the first featured limited-time event wish banner when the version 4.5 update goes live. Arataki Itto, the Geo 5-star character from Inazuma, will get his rerun banner alongside Chiori in Phase 1.
Two of the most popular characters in Genshin Impact, Neuvillette and Kaedehara Kazuha will have their limited-time event wish rerun banners in Phase 2 of the version 4.5 update.
New Banner Type “Chronicled Wish”
During the version 4.5 update, Hoyoverse is introducing “Chronicled Wish,” a new type of Event Wish banner that will be available when the update goes live. The Chronicled Wish banner will feature 5-star characters from a region already appearing in the limited-time “Character Event Wish” at least 3 times.
This banner will require Intertwined Fates, and travelers can get random 5-star, 4-star, and 3-star items. However, unlike other event wish banners, the Chronicled Wish banner will include both 5-star characters and weapons. But, like the current weapon banner, travelers must choose a “Chronicled Path” to obtain the character or weapon of their choice.

New Story Quests
Chiori will get a new story quest, ‘Cisoria Chapter: Act I,’ in the version 4.5 update.
Also, in the Genshin Impact version 4.5 update, Lynette will have a new hangout story quest.
Genshin Impact version 4.5 update ‘Blades Weaving Betwixt Brocade’ will drop on March 13, 2024.
