Yuumi is one of the most powerful supports in the game. Let’s look at her skin from worst to best.
Yuumi is one of the most controversial champions ever released on League of Legends. She was released in mid-2019. Upon her release, she had a very mixed reception. For most people, she was a very useless champion who fed off of good players. Even when Riot Games buffed her, she was still recognized as a weak champion. It was up until pro players started using Yuumi that players realized how broken she was.
After that, Riot kept adjusting to the point that she was mostly balanced. Currently, she is the second highest-picked support. In addition, she synergizes very well with most champions, mostly melee champions. Finally, since she is a very easy champion to learn and get good with, most newer players love to play her.
5. Heartseeker Yuumi
- Release Date: February 4, 2020
- Price: 1350 RP
- Chroma: Yes (7 of them)
Heartseeker Yuumi is the worst Yummi skin in the game. It is boring in both concept and design. Even though the cupid wings look cute and the VFX looks nice, this skin misses the charm of the skin line. Furthermore, Cats are never associated with Valentine’s day. This skin is not worth it, considering every Yuumi skin costs the same.
4. Yuubee
- Release Date: March 4, 2021
- Price: 1350 RP
- Chroma: Yes (8 of them)
According to some people, Yuubee is worse than Heartseeker Yuumi. But Yuubee has a lot of redeeming qualities when compared to Heartseeker Yuumi. First of all, all the chromas are unique since they not only change the overall color but also change the design of the mask as well.
The splash art is also beautiful, mainly thanks to Bee’maw. Other than that, it shares the same problems as Heartseeker Yuumi. But since it is supposed to be a joke skin, it is rated higher than Heartseeker Yuumi.
3. Battle Principal Yuumi
- Release Date: May 14, 2019
- Price: 1350 RP
- Chroma: Yes (9 of them)
Battle Principal Yuumi was the first Yuummi skin ever released. And being Yuumi’s first skin, it was excellent. It is inspired by My Hero Academia’s principal character Nezu since both characters have very similar roles. Both are cutesy animals but are very powerful.
In Yuumi’s case, her book can generate apocalyptic levels of energy. In-game, her model looks much cuter than her base. Not only that, but her VFX and her recall look decent. Even though her chromas aren’t as diverse as Yuubee’s, Battle Academia Yuumi is still worth the price.
2. EDG Yuumi
- Release Date: May 12, 2022
- Price: 1350 RP
- Chroma: Yes (1 of them)
Initially, the player base’s perception of e-sports skins was mixed. Most of these esports skins were recolors with minor prop additions and no additional animations or VFX. But Riot is recently making better e-sports skins, especially with the new EDG skin line. And every single skin in this skin line looks incredible.
In Yuumi’s case, they changed her from a cat to a snow tiger. Her book is also given more depth. In-game, the animations, and VFX look amazing. When it comes to her chroma, there is only one, but it looks unique. This chroma is the definition of quality over quantity.
EDG Yuumi is a legacy skin; the only way to earn this skin is through chests, orbs, or by rerolling.
1. Bewitching Yuumi
- Release Date: October 7, 2021
- Price: 1350 RP
- Chroma: Yes (8 of them)
Bewitching Yuumi is not only the best Yuumi skin in the game but also one of the best Halloween-themed skins. This skin is a very unique and creative skin for Yuumi. Even though her head looks like a pumpkin, her chroma changes her entire head to something else, almost making it a new skin.
Having extra spooky Halloween theme sound effects is also the cherry on top. Since all the Yummi skins are priced the same, Bewitching Yuumi takes the crown with no sweat.
