Keep reading to learn about the best builds you can use in Skyrim Special Edition in 2024.

Despite being around for over a literal decade, The Elder Scrolls V continues to garner a massive player base even today. All Skyrim fans will agree that The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – Special Edition stands at the pinnacle of providing the ultimate RPG experience.

One of the best things about Skyrim is that you can build your character based on your playstyle preference. And over the years, players worldwide have come up with hundreds and thousands of unique builds to enjoy their gameplay experience to the fullest.

No matter which combat class you choose, a perfect build can help your character reach its full potential. So, we’ve got you covered whether you are just starting out in Skyrim or a seasoned fan who wants to try out all the best builds in the game.

Below are our picks for the 20 best character builds in Skyrim’s Special Edition.

20. Elemental Fury (Orc Berserker)

Next, we have the Elemental Fury build focused on creating an Orc Berserker. This build will utilize dual-wielding weapons and the Elemental Fury shout to ensure you can inflict the highest level of melee damage on your opponents.

Below is a breakdown of what you need for this build:

  • Race: Orc
  • Skills:
    • Heavy Armor
    • Enchanting
    • One-Handed
    • Alchemy
    • Alteration
  • Gear:
    • Dual Swords
    • Enchanted Armor
  • Shouts:
    • Elemental Fury

Orcs have the Berserker Rage innate ability, which allows them to double the damage dealt to enemies and lower their damage intake by half for one minute. By learning the One-Handed skill, you can wield two weapons simultaneously.

This way, the damage you can inflict on your opponents is doubled since you learn to use both of your hands proficiently. Moreover, you can maximize the speed of your hits with the Elemental Fury shout. This will make you a deadly melee combatant.

19. Bare-Fisted Khajiit

To start off our list, we have the Bare-Fisted Khajiit – also known as the Khajiit Bruiser or the Unarmed Khajiit. This build focuses on relying on your own strength and fighting with your fist and Shouts instead of weapons.

The great thing about this build is that you don’t have to set out on a wild goose chase to find the best weapons in the game. Instead, you can work on your defense by equipping the best armor and increasing attack power through enchantments and shouts.

Below is a breakdown of what you need for this build:

  • Race: Khajiit
  • Skills:
    • Heavy Armor
    • Enchanting
  • Gear:
    • Enchanted Gear (Fortify Unarmed, Fortify Stamina Regen)
  • Shouts:
    • Marked for Death
    • Unrelenting Force
    • Whirlwind Sprint

You must upgrade your Heavy Armor and Enchanting skill trees for this build. Investing in your Heavy Armor skill tree will allow you to equip the best heavy armor in the game to withstand even the hardest-hitting attacks from enemies. As for Enchanting, you must invest in Fortify Unarmed enhancements to boost the damage dealt from your punches and Fortify Stamina Regen to increase the rate at which your stamina regenerates.

As for Shouts, Marked for Death increases damage output, making defeating tougher enemies with your fists easier. Moreover, having the Unrelenting Force will allow you to knock enemies off balance. Lastly, you will need the Whirlwind Sprint to quickly close the distance between you and your opponents. It’s the best shout to pair with a fistfight.

18. Chaos Trickster

This chaotic build focuses on wreaking havoc on the battlefield by always keeping your enemies on their toes and playing illusions to confuse them. It is perfect for those of you who don’t like engaging in direct battles. By playing tricks on enemies, you can sneak up on them without them ever knowing what hit them.

Below is a breakdown of what you need for this build:

  • Race: Any
  • Core Skills:
    • Illusion
    • Destruction
    • Sneak
  • Secondary Skills:
    • Speech
    • One Handed
    • Alchemy
  • Gear:
    • Dual Daggers
    • Light Armor
  • Shouts:
    • Aura Whisper
    • Throw Voice

For this build, you must invest in the Illusion skill tree and unlock skills such as Fury, Muffle, and Invisibility. Moreover, you’ll also need to learn Sneak skills such as Shadowstep, Backstab, and Assinate.

Furthermore, you will also have to combine your Illusion spells with destructive runes such as Fire, Frost, and Lightning runes to take down enemies without exposing yourself. You can place the runes at various choke points and patiently wait for enemies to fall for your trap.

If you choose an Orc for this build, you can use its Berserker Rage ability to unleash deadly two-handed attacks on your enemies. Moreover, you can also use the Fury spell on the more troublesome enemies.

17. Tank Conjurer

Being powerful on your own is great, but having some backup really does help. The Tank Conjurer build is focused on making you the strongest warrior and conjurer who can absorb the hardest hits and summon two Atronachs to fight for you at will.

Below is a breakdown of what you need for this build:

  • Race: Any
  • Core Skills:
    • Heavy Armor
    • Block
    • Conjuration
  • Spells:
    • Dead Thrall
  • Gear:
    • Daedric Heavy Armor
    • Shield
  • Shouts:
    • Bend Will
    • Soul Tear

For this build, you must invest in your Conjuration, Block, and Heavy Armor skill trees. Equipping heavy armor and a shield will offer you the protection you need to withstand the toughest attacks. Moreover, investing in the Block skill tree will allow you to absorb damage greatly and help you win battles where sustainability is key.

As for the Conjuration skill tree, you must unlock the Twin Souls perk so that you are able to summon two Daedric creatures that will attack enemies on your command. Moreover, the type of elemental damage you inflict on enemies depends on the Atronachs you summon.

16. The Spellbreaking Paladin

This build focuses on creating the strongest paladin to obliterate enemies with his sword and destruction magic. Although you can use this build with any race, the ideal choice would still be Breton.

Below is a breakdown of what you need for this build:

  • Race: Any (Preferably Breton)
  • Core Skills:
    • Heavy Armor
    • Restoration
    • Destruction
  • Secondary Skills:
    • Block
    • Conjuration
    • One-Handed
  • Spells:
    • Bane of the Undead
    • Vampire’s Bane
    • Close Wounds
  • Gear:
    • Heavy Armor (Preferably Enchanted)
    • One-Handed Weapon (Preferably Dawnbreaker)
  • Shouts:
    • Dismay

The Spellbreaking Paladin build is perfect for those of you who want to inflict much damage by repelling enemy attacks with your Spellbreaker magic shield while slaying enemies with your sword. Moreover, you can wield your sword in one hand and cast magic with the other.

For this build, you must invest in your Heavy armor skill tree to be able to equip the best heavy armor in the game. Secondly, you must unlock various perks from the Restoration and Destruction skill trees to cast restoration magic and elemental destruction magic like Flame.

Moreover, if you pick the Breton race, you can use their Dragonskin innate skill to absorb magic damage and replenish your Magicka. This will provide a constant source of mana required to cast expert-level destruction magic.

15. Shadow Blade

If you’re someone who loves fast-paced, swift combat, then this build is perfect for you. The Shadow Blade build focuses on creating a master assassin that uses dual daggers. Since Orcs have the Berserker Rage innate skill, they are the perfect choice for this build.

Below is a breakdown of what you need for this build:

  • Race: Orc
  • Core Skills:
    • Light Armor
    • One-Handed
    • Sneak
    • Illusion
  • Spells:
    • Frenzy
    • Invisibility
    • Muffle
  • Gear:
    • Light Armor (Preferably with Muffle enchantments)
    • Dual Daggers
  • Shouts:
    • Throw Voice
    • Aura Whisper

If you’re trying to create a master assassin that moves as swiftly as shadows, you must invest in the Light Armor skill tree. This will allow you to equip the best light armor in the game.

Moreover, unlocking the One-Handed skill tree allows you to use both of your hands proficiently. This will allow you to wield a dagger in each hand, with each hand being proficient enough to inflict the same level of damage. Furthermore, you can invest in the Illusion skill tree to confuse enemies and the Sneak skill tree to pass through enemy guards unnoticed.

Regarding spells, Frenzy, Invisibility, and Muffle are the perfect choice to get around unnoticed. Moreover, you can use shouts such as Throw Voice and Aura Whisper to detect and distract enemies faster.

14. Destruction Mage

The next build is for those wanting to become Skyrim’s most powerful magician. The Destruction Mage build focuses on creating an OP mage that can devastate enemies with their elemental destruction magic.

Below is a breakdown of what you need for this build:

  • Race: Dunmer (Dark Elf)
  • Core Skills:
    • Light Armor
    • Destruction
    • Alteration
    • Conjuration
  • Spells:
    • Summon
    • Fireball
    • Ice Storm
    • Lightning Storm
  • Gear:
    • Light Armor (Preferably with Fortify Destruction enchantments)
    • Any weapon (as backup)
  • Shouts:
    • Slow Time
    • Dragon Aspect
    • Drain Vitality
    • Fire Breath
    • Unrelenting Force

The Dark Elf is the perfect race for this build, as their innate ability includes boosting attack damage when their health is below 50%. As for skills, you’ll need to invest in the Light Armor skill tree to have the flexibility to move around freely. In addition, you will need to unlock various perks from the Destruction skill tree to cast elemental magic.

Moreover, you will also need to invest in the Alteration magic skill tree enough to unlock the Atronarch perk. Furthermore, you will also need to unlock the Atromancy perk from the Conjuration magic skill tree.

To get the most damage output from this build, you must use various elemental magic and summoning spells while your health is below 50%. In addition, using Shouts like Drain Vitality, which drains Magicka from enemies, and Unrelenting Force, which pushes enemies and objects out of your way, are great to have at your disposal.

13. Death Knight

Do you want to become an unholy knight who can slay enemies with their greatswords and perform Necromancy? If so, then this build may be perfect for you. To get this build, you must combine your knowledge of Conjuration, Destruction, and Alteration magic with the use of two-handed weapons.

Below is a breakdown of what you need for this build:

  • Race: Any
  • Core Skills:
    • Heavy Armor
    • Two-Handed
    • Destruction
    • Alteration
    • Conjuration
  • Secondary Skills:
    • Smithing
    • Enchanting
    • Restoration
  • Spells:
    • Dead Thrall
    • Volendrung
  • Gear:
    • Heavy Armor (Preferably with Magicka enchantments)
    • Greatsword
  • Shouts:
    • Bend Will
    • Dismay

This build is designed for those of you who want a tanky warrior with Necromancy magic. You can slay enemies with your two-handed sword and summon the fallen to fight alongside you. Since summoning the dead will deplete your Magicka, it is important to build up your defenses, so you’re not handicapped without magic.

That’s why you need to focus on your heavy armor skill tree, along with the two-handed skill tree, to be able to equip the strongest heavy armor and two-handed swords in the game. Moreover, you’ll also need to upgrade your Conjuration, Destruction, and Alteration skill trees to become a deadly magic user.

12. Bound Warrior

If you want your character to have a head start in the early game, then this build is for you. The Bound Warrior can summon Bound Weapons that deal devastating damage to enemies for one whole minute before losing effectiveness. In addition to the Daedric level gear, you can summon Dremora Lords to fight for you.

Below is a breakdown of what you need for this build:

  • Race: Any
  • Core Skills:
    • Light Armor
    • One-Handed
    • Conjuration
  • Secondary Skills:
    • Alchemy
    • Enchanting
    • Speech
  • Spells:
    • Bound Sword
    • Bound Bow
  • Gear:
    • Fortified Magicka Gear
    • Bound Weapons
  • Shouts:
    • Slow Time

Although short-lived, the Bound Weapons pack immense power. For instance, the Bound Sword is capable of slaying even the mightiest of foes. Moreover, the Bound Bow will also come with unlimited arrows and hit enemies over large distances.

If you’re using the Bound Bow together with the Slow Time shout, you’ll have an easier time landing hits on enemies. Not to mention, whenever you summon a bound weapon, your Conjuration skill also increases.

So, you can summon and control your Daedric warriors with ease. Moreover, you can upgrade your Bound Weapons to increase their effectiveness further. Having said that, this build is excellent at easily getting you through early and mid-game.

11. Vampire Nightblade

Both Nightblade build and Vampire builds are popular choices in Skyrim. But combining the two can elevate your gameplay experience to the next level. Nightblades are magic-using assassins with skills such as Destruction, Alteration, Alchemy, and Sneaking at their disposal. You can choose to become a vampire through Sanguinare Vampiris or be granted the ability by Harkon or Serana in the Bloodline quest from Dragonborn.

Below is a breakdown of what you need for this build:

  • Race: Any (Preferably High Elf)
  • Core Skills:
    • Illusion
    • One-Handed
    • Destruction
  • Secondary Skills:
    • Alchemy
    • Sneak
    • Light Armor
    • Pickpocket
  • Spells:
    • Invisibility
    • Frenzy
  • Gear:
    • Light Armor
    • Dagger
  • Shouts:
    • Aura Whisper

Although Vampires are typically weak to sunlight, there are several benefits to becoming a nocturnal lurker. The vampire race can replenish its health by drinking its enemies’ blood.

Moreover, the Vampire Nightblade is a fantastic combination of class and race because of the vampire’s Nightstalker’s Footsteps innate skill, which reduces the sound of your footsteps by 25%. Moreover, your illusion spells are also 25% more powerful due to the vampire’s Champion of the Night skill.

Furthermore, you can also close the distance between you and the enemy for a swift assassination with the invisibility spell. You can also throw your enemies in a chaotic rampage with the Frenzy spells so that they fight one other instead of attacking you.

10. Stealth Archer

If you are a ranged combat lover, this build is for you. The Stealth Archer has gained the reputation of being one of the most popular builds in Skyrim thanks to its high-level archery with stackable stealth damage.

Below is a breakdown of what you need for this build:

  • Race: Any (Preferably Bosmer, aka Wood Elf)
  • Core Skills:
    • Archery
    • Illusion
    • Sneak
  • Spells:
    • Invisibility
    • Bound Bow
    • Muffle
    • Calm
  • Gear:
    • Light Armor (Preferably with Fortified Sneak enchants)
    • Bows:
      • Bow of Shadows
      • Nightingale Bow
      • Dragonbone Bow
      • Muffled Boots
  • Shouts:
    • Aura Whisper
    • Throw Voice

To get this build, you must invest heavily in the Sneak and Archery skill tree, unlocking essential perks like Critical Shot, Overdraw, Deadly Aim, Stealth, Assassin’s Blade, and Backstab. This will allow you to become a master assassin who takes down enemies unnoticed.

Moreover, you can trick them into attacking each other using skills such as Illusion. Not to mention, having shouts like Aura Whisper and Throw Voice will alert you about possible enemy encounters and push them off to gain some distance. This will be especially handy for a build that’s not made for close-range fights.

9. The Necromancer

This is a mage build that’s focused on defeating enemies with dark magic. This build is entirely based on summoning the undead to fight your battles. So it’s only best for passive players that do not like directly engaging in battle.

Below is a breakdown of what you need for this build:

  • Race: Dunmer (Dark Elf) / Breton
  • Core Skills:
    • Conjuration
    • Alteration
    • Destruction
  • Spells:
    • Flaming Familiar
    • Summon Frost Atronach
    • Dead Thrall
    • Ice Storm
  • Gear:
    • Necromancer Robe (Preferably with Magicka enchantments)
    • Ice Staff / Raise Zombie Staff
  • Shouts:
    • Bend Will
    • Dismay

Although Necromancy cannot be learned directly, you can get this build by investing in your Conjuration, Destruction, and Alteration skill trees. Since this is a summoner build, you must try to maximize the damage output of your spells. That’s why we recommend using the Dark Elf race, as its innate ability boosts attack damage when health drops below 50%. However, the Breton will do as well.

Investing in the Conjuration skill tree will allow you to summon various Daedric beings, such as Atronachs, who will fight enemies on your behalf. The type of elemental damage dealt on enemies depends on the type of Atronach you are summoning.

Moreover, you can also use Destruction magic that allows you to cast various elemental spells, such as fire spells, to burn down hordes of enemies at once. Lastly, you can use the Flaming Familiar spell to summon a Flaming Thrall that will swoop down on your enemies and explode, causing fire damage across a large area of effect.

8. The Master Artisan

The Master Artisan build is perfect for those with no particular preference regarding class or race. With this build, you can become a master of weapons by crafting the very best gear on your own.

Below is a breakdown of what you need for this build:

  • Race: Any
  • Core Skills:
    • Smithing
    • Alchemy
    • Enchanting
  • Gear:
    • Fortified Smithing Gear/Fortified Alchemy Gear
    • Any weapon of choice (With appropriate enchantments)
  • Shouts:
    • Any

Searching for the perfect weapons can be a struggle of their own. However, if you become a Crafter or Artisan, there is no need to go out of your way to hunt for the strongest weapons. Investing in the Smithing and Alchemy skill trees allows one to craft any weapon and potion in the game, as long as it is not a quest-exclusive item.

Moreover, if you become a master alchemist, you can craft your own potions with the best stat boosts in the game. The rest of the build is up to you, as you can choose any of the shouts or weapon types you feel comfortable using.

7. The Nordic Dual Wielder

The Nordic Dual Wielder build focuses on maximizing damage output and attack speed. You can create this build to become a Nordic warrior using Alchemy, Conjuration, Restoration, and Alteration magic.

Below is a breakdown of what you need for this build:

  • Race: Nord
  • Core Skills:
    • Light Armor
    • Alchemy
    • Enchanting
    • One-Handed
  • Secondary Skills:
    • Conjuration
    • Restoration
    • Alteration
  • Spells:
    • Necromage
    • Summon Daedric Horse
  • Gear:
    • Fortified Alchemy Gear/Fortify One-Handed Gear
    • Dual-Swords
  • Shouts:
    • Any

You must invest in your Light Armor skill tree and the One-Handed skill tree for this build. Doing so will let you equip the best light armor in the game and be proficient with dual-wielding weapons.

Moreover, you will become a warrior who can cast Necromage magic and summon a Daedric Horse to travel around freely. Furthermore, you can use your Enchantment skills to cast enchantments on your armor and weapons. Lastly, you can also use Nord’s naturally bestowed archery abilities.

6. The Imperial Emperor

If you like the idea of making the undead do your bidding in battles, then this build might be perfect for you. This build focuses on becoming a “ruler” of the undead and changing the course of the battle with your strategies and tactics.

Below is a breakdown of what you need for this build:

  • Race: Any
  • Core Skills:
    • Heavy Armor
    • Conjuration
    • Enchanting
    • One-Handed
  • Secondary Skills:
    • Illusion
  • Stone:
    • Ritual Stone
  • Spells:
    • Necromage
    • Summon Daedric Horse
  • Gear:
    • Heavy Armor (fortified with enchantments)
    • Bound Sword
  • Shouts:
    • Soul Tear
    • Battle Fury

First, you must invest in the Conjuration skill tree to summon Daedric allies who will fight on your behalf. Moreover, you can also use the Ritual Stone to summon the undead and command them at your will.

You will also need to unlock the Heavy Armor and One-Handed skill trees. Doing so will allow you to wear the best heavy armor in the game and protect you against hard-hitting enemies. Make sure to use enchantments to strengthen your defenses.

Moreover, you can also become proficient at using both hands individually so that you can use dual-wield weapons. This will allow you to switch between commanding your minions and engaging in the battle directly.

As for Shouts, you can use Battle Fury to boost your attack damage and speed. In addition to that, you can also use the Soul Tear shout to drain your opponent’s health.

5. The Enchanted Sword And Shield

This is another tanky build from this list that focuses on using enchantments to fortify your sword and armor and become truly unstoppable. While any race is fine, Orcs, High Elves, and Bretons work slightly better due to their innate skills and abilities.

Below is a breakdown of what you need for this build:

  • Race: Any
  • Core Skills:
    • Heavy Armor
    • Block
    • Enchanting
    • One-Handed
  • Secondary Skills:
    • Smithing
  • Spells:
    • Frenzy
    • Close Wound
    • Invisibility
  • Gear:
    • Heavy Armor (fortified with enchantments)
    • Dragonbone sword (Preferably with Soul Trap enchantment)
    • Peryite shield (Preferably with Health Absorb enchantment)
    • Other wearables (Preferably with Fortify One-Handed enchantments)
  • Shouts:
    • Aura Whisper
    • Throw Voice

This build aims to maximize your attack and defenses with enchantments. Firstly, you must invest in the Heavy Armor skill tree and Block for this build to withstand and absorb all attacks. Then, you must unlock various enchantment perks from the Enhancement skill tree and fortify your gear.

Moreover, if you learn Smithing skills, you will be able to craft your own weapons and armor. If you pair your enchantments, skills, and shouts well, this build can become truly formidable.

4. The Windshear Stun Master

This build utilizes the rare “Windshear” scimitar that can only be obtained by completing the Hail Sithis quest for Dark Brotherhood. The first step to creating the Windshear Stun Master build is collecting the weapon from Katariah’s top deck. It is also important to note that Redguard is the best-suited race for this build.

Below is a breakdown of what you need for this build:

  • Race: Redguard
  • Core Skills:
    • Light Armor
    • Destruction
    • Enchanting
    • One-Handed
  • Secondary Skills:
    • Speech
    • Smithing
  • Passive Skills:
    • Force Without Effort
    •  Seeker of Sorcery
  • Spells:
    • Chain Lightning
    • Invisibility
  • Gear:
    • Light Armor (with Fortify Stamina Regen enchantments)
    • Chain Lightning Staff / Valdr’s Lucky Dagger
  • Shouts:
    • Elemental Fury
    • Storm Call
    • Unrelenting Force
    • Clear Skies

The Windshear is already famous for being one of the most overpowered weapons you can find in the game. That’s because this legendary weapon has a 100% chance of knocking down enemies.

With this build, you can create a character that specializes in rendering enemies defenseless. The battle technique for this build is first to stun enemies with your Chain Lightning staff, buying you time to close the distance between you and your opponent, and then finish them off with the Windshear.

Once you have stun-locked a target, you can unleash a chain of deadly attacks that can take down even the largest dragons like Alduin, Parthurnaax, and the Elder Dragon. However, using a dagger such as Valdr’s Lucky Dagger with Elemental Fury shout will be just as effective for smaller foes.

3. Shadow Master (Mage Assassin)

This build is perfect for those of you who like a combination of stealthy combat and elemental magic. The Shadow Master, or Mage Assassin, build utilizes destruction spells and Bound Daggers to finish off enemies without them ever knowing what hit them.

Below is a breakdown of what you need for this build:

  • Race: High Elf
  • Core Skills:
    • Illusion
    • Destruction
    • Sneak
    • One-Handed
  • Spells:
    • Frenzy
    • Calm
    • Invisibility
    • Pacify
    • Bound Dagger
  • Gear:
    • Fortify Sneak Armor
    • Muffled Boots
    • Daggers
  • Shouts:
    • Aura Whisper
    • Bend Will
    • Soul Tear

For this build, you must focus on your Illusion, Sneak, Destruction, and One-Handed Skill trees. By choosing the High Elf as your character’s race, you will get up to a +5 bonus on your Illusion and Destruction skills.

The Illusion skill will allow you to play tricks on your enemies to turn them against each other. And because you have the Sneak ability, you can easily close up on enemies and take them out with your dagger. Moreover, you can also summon your Bound Daggers to deal devastating damage, even on armored enemies.

However, if you don’t want to get too close, you can also obliterate enemies over a large area with your Destruction Magic. Also, with the help of your Aura Whisper and Bend Will shouts, you can detect enemies from far away and manipulate their behavior.

2. The Werewolf

Since we have a Vampire build on this list, including one for the Werewolf also makes sense. The Werewolf is a powerful creature with incredible regenerative power. Although difficult to master, this can be one of the most powerful builds in Skyrim with a bit of practice.

Having said that, you can become a Werewolf by doing The Companions quests from Dragonborn and performing a ritual where you have to drink Aela the Huntress’s blood while she is in her beast form.

Below is a breakdown of what you need for this build:

  • Race: Any (preferably Orc)
  • Core Skills:
    • Alteration
    • Destruction
    • Conjuration
    • One-Handed
  • Secondary Skills:
    • Alchemy
    • Enchanting
    • Restoration
  • Werewolf Perks:
    • Savage Feeding
    • Totem of Ice Brothers
    • Totem of the Moon
  • Gear:
    • Ring of Hircine
    • Totem of Brotherhood
  • Spells:
    • Flame cloak
    • Ebony flesh
    • Berserker rage
  • Shouts:
    • Slow Time

The Werewolf is not a constant state but rather something you can transform into at will. That is why creating a character with skills and shouts best suited for your werewolf form is important.

In this build, you will be able to play as an Orc Berserker that can transform into a Werewolf with unparalleled melee attack power and constant stamina regeneration. Moreover, you can also summon two werewolves to fight alongside you while you are in your Werewolf form by using the Totem of Brotherhood.

Having said that, you can invest in the Werewolf skill tree to unlock the Totem of Ice Brothers perk to summon two ice wolves and the Totem of the Moon perk to summon two spectral wolves.

If you want to stick to your Werewolf form, then obtaining the Ring of Hircine is crucial, as it lets you switch to your Werewolf form at will. Overall, this build has no downsides, even if it takes time to curate.

1. Shadow Archer

Now, coming to the final and best build from this list, the Shadow Archer is an Archer-based build for long-range combat lovers. This build focuses on developing your archery skills while adding versatility to your long-range fighting abilities.

Below is a breakdown of what you need for this build:

  • Race: Nord (Preferably with Vampiric abilities)
  • Core Skills:
    • Archery
    • Illusion
    • Sneak
    • Conjuration
  • Secondary Skills:
    • Restoration
    • Alteration
  • Stones:
    • Ritual Stone
    • Atronach stone
  • Spells:
    • Invisibility
    • Bound Bow
    • Muffle
    • Calm
  • Gear:
    • Light Armor (Preferably with Fortified Sneak enchants)
    • Muffled Boots
  • Bows (Preferably with Damage enchantments):
    • Bound Bow
    • Bow of Shadows
    • Nightingale Bow
    • Dragonbone Bow
  • Shouts:
    • Slow Time
    • Become Ethereal
    • Marked for Death

This build focuses on creating an OP archer that can hit targets from a long range with their bows and use Conjuration skills to summon Daedric allies. In addition to the Archery and Conjuration skill tree, you must invest in the Restoration skill tree to unlock perks that can heal yourself and your party.

As for stones, you can use the Ritual Stone to summon the undead and command them at your will. This will come in especially handy in taking out tougher enemies. Moreover, you can also use the Atronach stone to regenerate your Magicka by 50%, which will allow you to use Conjuration and Restoration more freely.

Furthermore, you can also use the Bound Bow to inflict devastating damage to enemies, together with the Slow Time shout to increase its duration. Not only that, but you can also use the Become Ethereal Shout to give yourself an immunity to all types of damage for a few seconds. Lastly, you can use the Marked for Death to inflict constant damage to enemies across a large area of effect for a short duration.

Find out which nations boast the best planes in War Thunder and start dominating the skies!

War Thunder is a free-to-play vehicular combat multiplayer game made by Gaijin Entertainment. The game is filled to the brim with aviation, armored vehicles, and naval vessels from the early 20th century to the modern-day combat units. Buckle up and ready yourself to face major battles on land, sea, and of course, air.

In War Thunder, all kinds of aircraft, ground forces, and naval units controlled by players all over the world take part in epic competitive battles. You have over 2,000 units to choose from and an extensive variety of combat situations, many of which were inspired by real-world history. So strap in and take part in the battles that are to come!

However, when deciding which nation has the best planes, many factors need to be considered. Some nations have planes that are better for turn-fighting, some specialize in bombing, and some in energy fighting.

So, there are a lot of factors that affect the answer to this question. However, keep reading to make that decision for yourself! We’ll provide you with everything you need to know.

Best Plane Nations in War Thunder 2024

Here are the 10 nations you can choose from for aerial combat in War Thunder, going from worst to best:

10. Israel

Pros:

  1. Has viable tier 4 and 5 planes like B-17G and Spitfire MkIX
  2. Their Planes are somewhat good at taking out ground targets.

Cons:

  1. Has an extremely small selection of planes.

2. Not a beginner friendly nation to start with.

3.Only playable when you have another nation at Tier 4 or you buy the premium.

Israel comes last in this list as their selection of planes is the smallest in number. And whatever planes they do boast are nothing more than the ordinary. The lack of diversity and the copy and paste aircraft design make it tough for us to rank Israel any higher up this list. Moreover, you can’t play Israel without another nation already being at Tier 4 so there’s that as well.

9. France

Pros:

  1. Decend endgame
  2. Has the Lautour bombers, which are decent jets.

Cons:

  1. Planes are abysmal at low ranks.
  2. 7.5mms does barely anything.
  3. 60 rounds of 20mms run out fairly fast in a fight.
  4. Mediocre jet lineups.
  5. Bad engines

We would generally advise you to avoid France if you’re completely new to the game. While the nation is not unplayable, you really should have a good grasp of the main nations before you decide to test out France. Also, it is very difficult to get a decent lineup of planes in BR 4 or above. One plane we can recommend is the Potez 631 because of its well-rounded traits overall. However, a couple of decent planes can’t lift France any higher up this ranking.

8. China

Pros:

  1. Good selection of planes early on.
  2. Decent tech tree.
  3. Has the F-104G Starfighter with the M61 Vulcan Gatling gun.

Cons:

  1. Difficult to form a good lineup in the later tiers.
  2. Whatever line they do have are planes borrowed from other nations, so they lack originality.
  3. Tier 7, 8 planes are nothing too impressive.

China is somewhat decent in a way since it can borrow planes from countries like the US. Their tech tree lineup is a mix of all the other countries like the USA, USSR, and Japan. However, the later BR steps are difficult to deal with. They don’t offer a lot in terms of a well-rounded lineup of planes.

7. Sweden

Pros:

  1. Planes carry great firepower.
  2. Higher-tier planes are not bad.
  3. Bombers are great.

Cons:

  1. Overall, their planes are generally slow.
  2. It is not beginner-friendly.
  3. Higher-ranked players can easily outplay them.
  4. Ammunition is outclassed easily.

Sweden’s aircraft are somewhat easily over-tiered because of their 13mm HEF ammo. Although the planes boast good firepower, almost every other flying vehicle out there can and will outspeed them. Their finish planes and the B-18 do hold them up a bit, but they’re nothing too special.

6. Italy

Pros:

  1. Superb german guns
  2. Great german engines
  3. Good enough belts
  4. Planes have good maneuverability.
  5. Later props come with three 20mm MG151/20s along with 2x 12.7s.
  6. Has some great planes like G.55 Serie 1 and C.205 Serie 3.

Cons:

  1. Lackluster jets.
  2. Very high repair costs on later props.
  3. Some of their engines overheat quickly.
  4. Not a vast lineup of planes.

Coming in at six is Italy. Italian aircraft are a hit or miss. They’re pretty decent if you can aim without tracers. And the stealth belts packing the .50 are a force to reckon with. However, there is a lack of good bombers and also strike planes, especially above BR 3 and 4. Additionally, their early fighters aren’t anything spectacular, either.

5. UK

Pros:

  1. Their Spitfires are great.
  2. Boasts pretty good guns overall
  3. High maneuverability on plans.
  4. Viable late props like Mk.22 and 24 Spitfires.
  5. Good climb rate.
  6. Good for multiple playstyles

Cons:

  1. Speed of their planes is subpar.
  2. Weird BR placement.
  3. Mid-tier jet lineup.

Next up is the UK. The UK is a very beginner-friendly option with some excellent fighters once you get past the biplanes. Their Hurricanes can very easily carry you early, their Spitfires are highly maneuverable and their Typhoons and Tempests have decent firepower and speed. But a major downside is that their 7mm is all over the plane’s wing and the 20mm often lacks ammo and also overheats irritatingly quickly.

4. Japan

Pros:

  1. Majority of their planes can outturn you.
  2. Great planes like the Ki-84 with 4x 20mm guns.
  3. Great fighters.
  4. Good climb rate.
  5. Decent at most altitudes.

Cons:

  1. Notoriously weak for not being able to stand too much damage.
  2. Low start-off ammunition.
  3. Bad belts on a few of their planes.
  4. Very high repair costs.
  5. Inferior engines.

Japan has the most agile aircraft in the entire game, with its lineup consisting of the nimble Ki-43 and A6M Zero line. They also boast heavier options with the big cannon with the Ki-45 and 102 heavy fighters. But one big downside is that their planes are generally really up-tiered. While the planes do take a fair bit of skill to really master, we assure you that it will be worth your while if you decide to do so.

3. USSR

Pros:

  1. Planes are generally good at turning.
  2. Decent firepower.
  3. Very decent lineup of planes.
  4. Can outspeed planes from other nations in many cases.

Cons:

  1. Low ammo count all over the board.
  2. Subpar roll rate later on.
  3. Underwhelming jet lineup.
  4. Bad belts for 20mms.

Coming in third is the Soviet Union. The USSR certainly has a wide range of planes that don’t really excel at anything but do a good enough job at everything. Their planes are decent at vertical and horizontal fighting or with Boom and Zoom tactics. Moreover, their selection of bombers and attackers is quite good early on, and their late-game lineup isn’t terrible either. Overall, it is a very well-rounded nation in terms of aviation.

2. Germany

Pros:

  1. Great at energy fighting and boom and zoom tactics.
  2. Bf 109s are terrific planes overall.
  3. Great engines.
  4. Decent climb rate.
  5. Great at high altitudes.
  6. Above average belts.
  7. Has the best lineup of jets in the game.

Cons:

  1. Not the best at turn-fighting tactics.
  2. Tier 3 and 4 planes are outperformed.

Ranking second in this list is Germany. Although the Rank I options that they boast really tend to be sluggish, their mid-to-late game fighters are one of the, if not the best in the game. Moreover, Germany has the widest range of jet fighters and rockets as well. One mentionable downside is their bombers, we do advise you to avoid using them if you can. Also, the difficulty in upgrading the planes makes the nation take second place instead of the first.

1. USA

Pros:

  1. The 12.7mm M2 and M3 machine guns are fantastic.
  2. Good ammo count and velocity.
  3. The F8F-1b Bearcats with 4x 20mm guns are phenomenal
  4. Great endgame jets.
  5. Great firepower overall.

Cons:

  1. Some planes later on have relatively high repair costs.
  2. Not great at turn-fighting.

The best nation to pick when focusing on aviation is the US. When it comes to aircraft, the United States has more than 150. What’s more, is that almost all of them carry .50 caliber or 12.7mm machine guns and missiles. Also, incendiary rounds can make for some deadly ammunition for the later stages. Additionally, the switch to Boom and Zoom-style planes with a lot of .50s can shred the opponent. Therefore, although the USA has a few noticeable flaws when you really dig in, it firmly positions itself as the best nation for planes in War Thunder.

Here’s a complete guide on how to make the 77th Director of the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor from Genshin Impact as powerful as possible.

Hu Tao is a playable 5-star Pyro polearm character in Genshin Impact. Hu Tao is the 77th Director of the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor, managing Liyue’s funerary affairs and working alongside Zhongli.

Considered one of the strongest Pyro characters in the game, Hu Tao can deal insane damage with her skills, and often one-hits enemies with her powerful elemental burst.

Moreover, Hu Tao is one of the few DPS characters relying on all three of her attacking skills. Her damage comes from activating her Elemental Skill, infusing her normal attacks with Pyro, and then using her charged attacks to damage the enemies.

We have made a comprehensive build guide for Hu Tao regarding her weapon options, new team comps, and how to kit her with optimal artifacts properly.

Best Artifact Set For Hu Tao

Crimson Witch of Flames, Best set for Hu Tao

The 4-piece Crimson Witch of Flames artifact set is the best for Hu Tao because the 2-piece set will increase Hu Tao’s Pyro damage by 15%. The 4-piece set will increase her Overload, Burning, and Burgeon damage by 40% and Vaporize and Melt damage by 15%.

Besides the Crimson Witch of Flames set, Hu Tao can also use Shimenawa’s Reminiscence artifact set because it will increase her normal and charged attack damage by 50% after casting her Elemental Skill.

If you don’t have good stats or can not find proper artifacts in Crimson Witch of Flames or Shimenawa’s Reminiscence, you can use 2-piece Crimson Witch of Flames and 2-piece Wanderer’s Troupe or Flower of Paradise Lost.

Best Weapons for Hu Tao

Staff of Homa
Staff of Homa

Hu Tao has some good weapon options, including some 4-star weapons. There are the best weapons for Hu Tao:

WeaponDescription
Staff of HomaHu Tao’s signature and her best-in-slot weapon. Staff of Homa is arguably the best polearm in the game, and it is considered the go-to weapon choice for every single DPS polearm character. The weapon has good base ATK, high CRIT DMG stats, increases the wielder’s HP by 20%, and provides ATK bonus when the character’s HP is under 50%.
Staff of Scarlett SandsStaff of the Scarlet Sands is Hu Tao’s second-best weapon because of its high CRIT Rate. Although this weapon’s passive requires Hu Tao to run a different EM build, it shines when Hu Tao is properly kitted.
Primordial Jade Winged-SpearCan be obtained from the Standard Banner and be used on Hu Tao if there aren’t any other good 5-star weapons.
DeathmatchThis 4-star polearm can be obtained from the Battle Pass but can be an excellent weapon because of its decent CRIT Rate stats. The passive gives a decent ATK% bonus as well.
Dragon’s BaneGreat weapon that gives a lot of Elemental Mastery for Hu Tao, and the weapon’s passive gets better with each refinement.

Hu Tao Build Type: Main DPS

Hu Tao is an on-field Main DPS character and requires good Hydro and Cryo support characters in her party. There are some of Hu Tao’s best team compositions:

Hu Tao's Best Team Comp
Hu Tao’s Best Team Comp
  • Hu Tao + Xingqiu + Yelan/Furina + Zhongli
  • Hu Tao + Xingqiu + Albedo + Zhongli
  • Hu Tao + Xingqiu + Kazuha + Bennett
  • Hu Tao + Furina + Kazuha + Zhongli/Diona
  • Hu Tao + Rosaria + Kazuha + Diona

Hydro characters such as Xingqiu, Yelan, and Furina are essential for Hu Tao in Vaporize team comps. They will increase Hu Tao’s damage when she uses her charged attacks or Elemental Burst on enemies. I suggest using two Hydro characters in the party because they will constantly apply Hydro on enemies for Hu Tao to make her attacks on them for the most vaporized damage.

Besides Vaporize teams, Hu Tao can also be used in some Melt and Burgeon teams; however, her damage in those team comps is not currently viable.

Hu Tao Playstyle

Hu Tao’s playstyle requires her to stay on the field as much as possible. Firstly, you must cast the elemental skills and bursts of your support characters so they can start applying Hydro or Cyro on enemies.

After that, you need to cast Hu Tao’s elemental skill, “Guide to Afterlife” which will make her lose a portion of her HP and turn normal attacks infused with Pyro, damaging enemies with melt or vaporized reactions.

It should be mentioned that Hu Tao’s elemental skill has an uptime of 9 seconds and a cooldown of 16 seconds, so you will have a downtime of 7 seconds before you can cast her skill again.

Hu Tao’s elemental burst, “Spirit Soother,” casts a blazing spirit that deals high AoE pyro damage. Her elemental burst has a really good damage multiplier, and after hitting an enemy, Hu Tao will regenerate some of her HP. It is recommended that you use Hu Tao’s elemental burst only after

Here’s a complete guide on how to make Genshin Impact’s Electro Archon Raiden Shogun, a.k.a Baal, as powerful as possible.

Genshin Impact is a free-to-play open-world action RPG created by Chinese developer miHoYo. Raiden Shogun, who is also known as Baal, or Beelzebul, or Raiden Ei, is a 5-star character. She is the Electro Archon of Inazuma who uses an Electro Polearm. In addition to that, she also pulls out a sword from within herself during her elemental burst and slashes surrounding enemies.

Although she is primarily a Support / Sub-DPS character, she can still put up a good fight against enemies. Since her Electro damage scales with her Energy Recharge, her build should be focused on stacking it as much as possible. Here we will be providing a complete guide to Raiden Shogun’s Best Builds, Weapons, Artifacts, Talents. Moreover, we will also go over how to obtain Raiden Shogun, as well as the best characters to pair her with.

Raiden Shogun Talents

Raiden Talents
Raiden Talents

The deity’s strongest talent is her elemental burst Secret Art: Musou Shinsetsu. Below is an outline of Baal’s abilities, passives, and Constellation, as well as the talent ascension materials required and how to get them:

Normal Attack: Origin

  • Normal Attack – Performs up to 5 consecutive spear strikes.
  • Charged Attack – Consumes a certain amount of the Raiden Shogun’s Stamina to perform an upward slash.
  • Plunging Attack – The Raiden Shogun lunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along her path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.

Elemental Skill

  • Transcendence: Baleful Omen – The Raiden Shogun unveils a shard of her Euthymia, dealing Electro DMG to nearby opponents, and granting nearby party members the Eye of Stormy Judgment.
  • Eye of Stormy Judgement: When characters with this buff attack and hit opponents, the Eye will unleash a coordinated attack, dealing AoE Electro damage at the opponent’s position. The Eye can initiate one coordinated attack every 0.9s per party. Coordinated attacks generated by characters not controlled by you deal 20% of the normal DMG.

Elemental Burst

Secret Art: Musou Shinsetsu

The Raiden Shogun unleashes the Musou no Hitotachi and deals AoE Electro DMG, using Musou Isshin in combat for a certain duration afterward. The DMG dealt by Musou no Hitotachi and Musou Isshin’s ATK will be increased based on the number of Chakra Desiderata’s Resolve stacks consumed when this skill is used.

Musou Isshin

While in this state, the Raiden Shogun will wield her tachi in battle, while her Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks will be infused with Electro DMG, which cannot be overridden. When such attacks hit opponents, she will regenerate Energy for all nearby party members. Energy can be restored this way once every second, and this effect can be triggered 5 times throughout this skill’s duration.
Her resistance to interruption is increased, and she is immune to Electro-Charged reaction DMG. Moreover, while Musou Isshin is active, the Raiden Shogun’s Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attack DMG will be considered Elemental Burst DMG. The effects of Musou Isshin will be cleared when the Raiden Shogun leaves the field.

Chakra Desiderata

When nearby party members (excluding the Raiden Shogun herself) use their Elemental Bursts, the Raiden Shogun will build up Resolve stacks based on the Energy Cost of these Elemental Bursts. The maximum number of Resolve stacks is 60. The Resolve gained by Chakra Desiderata will be cleared 300 seconds after the Raiden Shogun leaves the field.

Passive Talent #1: Wishes Unnumbered

When nearby party members gain Elemental Orbs or Particles, Chakra Desiderata gains 2 Resolve stacks. This effect can occur once every 3 seconds.

Passive Talent #2: Enlightened One

Each 1% above 100% Energy Recharge that the Raiden Shogun possesses grants her 0.6% greater Energy restoration from Musou Isshin and a 0.4% Electro DMG Bonus.

Passive Talent #3: All-Preserver

Mora expended when ascending Swords and Polearms is decreased by 50%.

Wishbearer (C6)While in the Musou Isshin state applied by Secret Art: Musou Shinsetsu, the Raiden Shogun’s Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks will decrease all nearby party members’ (but not her own) Elemental Burst Cooldown by 1 second when they hit opponents. This effect can trigger once every 1 second, and can trigger a total of 5 times during the state’s duration.

Raiden Artifact Set Guide

Raiden Artifacts
Best Raiden Artifacts

The best artifact set for Raiden is, without any doubt, the 4 piece Emblem of Severed Fate. This set will massively increase the burst damage of Ei and is a transfer of her ER to electro damage.

Other than this set, you can put 4-piece Deep Wood Memories if you are running her in a Dendro comp. In case you don’t have decent artifacts in the mentioned sets, then pairing her up with 2 piece Emblem & 2 piece Noblesse Oblige is a fair option.

The Engulfing LightningConsidered the best-in-slot weapon for Raiden Shogun. The Elemental Recharge substat, paired with her kit-based passive, allows you to unlock the full potential of the Electro Archon.
The CatchArguably the best choice after her signature weapon is the catch. You will get extra crit rate and damage through its passive and the Energy Recharge substat makes it perfect for Raiden. What’s more, you can easily R5 it with a bit of fishing.
Skyward SpineWith the energy recharge substat and high ATK scaling this weapon is a decent choice for Raiden.
Best Weapons for Raiden

Raiden Shogun Build Type

There are two ways you can play Raiden, either as a main carry or place her as a support.

Hyper-Carry

In this playstyle, you will pair Raiden with powerful supports who will increase her personal damage significantly and make use of the massive burst damage of the character. Raiden will take most time in the field and all the other characters will usually play the role of burst support. This works perfectly as Raiden will be able to recharge other’s burst easily.

Best teams for this playstyle are:

  • Raiden + Kazuha/Sucrose + Bennet + Kujo Sara
  • Raiden + Xiangling + Xingqiu/Yelan + Sucrose
  • Raiden + Kazuha/Sucrose + Bennet + Zhongli/Lisa (Def Shred)
  • Raiden + Kazuha/Jean + Bennet + Furina

Support

Here Raiden will take a support role and primarily will use her elemental skill to trigger electro reactions. This is best suited for Dendro comps that are looking for quicken support. You should incorporate her burst only for the initial damage or when other characters are in cooldown.

Teams that use this concept consists:

  • Raiden + Nahida/Collie + Kokomi/Xingqiu/Yelan + Alhaitham
  • Raiden + Eula + Diona + Bennet
  • Raiden + Childe + Kazuha + Bennet

Raiden Shogun Playstyle

Raiden has a versatile playstyle where you can use her as a main DPS or support. Personally, I prefer hypercarry Raiden over other options. It utilizes her kit perfectly. You will have her elemental skill doing damage on all of your hit which will build stack for her burst as your supports use their burst and then unleash a huge damage with her elemental skill. Just make sure to keep the Energy levels at check all the time.

Here’s everything you need to know about that jaw-dropping ending in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will have you embark on another thrilling adventure as chaos looms over New York City. With both Spider-Men teaming up together, you must find a way to stop the notorious villain, Venom, from corrupting the population with symbiotes.

However, he’s not the only threat the Spider-Men must overcome, as the sequel largely features other prominent villains like Kraven The Hunter. In fact, you will spend much of the main storyline chasing after Kraven and putting an end to his plans.

Marvel’s Spiderman 2 really fleshed out the stories of both Peter Parker and Miles Morales and showcased how difficult it was for them to maintain peace and balance.

Especially for Peter who is brought to his absolute wit’s end and is forced to come to terms with his insecurities and failures. However, everything comes together right at the end to give the story a compelling and gripping ending that won’t be easy to forget.

Moreover, this goes without saying that since we’re going to discuss how things wrap up in Marvel’s Spiderman 2, you best be prepared for spoilers.

Marvel’s Spiderman 2 Ending Explained

Whether you just finished the game, and just want another view on the game’s ending or didn’t fully understand what happened in the end then keep on reading!

Norman Osborn Calls for the G-Serum

In the final battle of Spiderman 2, Peter is finally able to get rid of the symbiote from Harry with his anti-venom power. However, this comes at the cost of Harry’s life. But Miles manages to bring Harry back with his Chain Lightning ability for a couple of seconds. Unfortunately, Harry passes out again almost immediately.

As Miles helps Peter put Harry onto a stretcher, Harry’s father, Norman Osborn, shows up in a helicopter. Norman blames everything on the Spidermen and shouts at them as he thinks the symbiote keeping Harry alive didn’t have to go at the cost of his own son’s life. Afterward, Norman rushes to the ambulance and goes to the hospital alongside Harry.

Spiderman 2 Harry's Death

The doctor informs Norman that there is little hope for his son. Although they’re somehow keeping him alive due to traces of brain activity, the chances of Harry’s condition improving are almost next to zero.

Norman becomes understandably desperate and frustrated by the news, picks up Harry’s cane, and goes into a fit of rage. The scene ends with Norman Osborn dialing a number and telling the person on the other end of the phone to get the G-Serum ready.

Spiderman 2 Harry's Death
CREDIT: Insomniac Games

Well, fans of Spiderman will know that the G-Serum is an experimental formula developed by Oscorp and was initially intended as a team to help heal people. But later on, it became the Goblin Serum, the serum that gave Norman superhuman abilities, who then later on became Spiderman’s iconic nemesis.

Spiderman 2 G Serum Norman

Whether Norman requested the serum for his son Harry in hopes of keeping him alive or he intends to use it for some other reason is still up for debate.

Although I doubt that Harry is going to become the main villain again in the sequel. So, my guess is that Norman is going to use the G-Serum on himself first to make sure it’s safe for his son and then ends up becoming the notorious Green Goblin.

Peter Parker Takes a Break From Being the Spiderman

In the next cutscene, Peter has established a startup for the Emily-May Foundation in their garage. He surprised Mary Jane with the news, who was visibly very happy.

Spiderman 2 Ending

Miles enters the scene, and Peter tries to let him know that he wants to back away from his duties as Spiderman. Miles, looking at Mary Jane and the garage, understood what Peter was trying to say and told him that he could handle the city just fine for the time being.

Spiderman 2 Ending
CREDIT: Insomniac Games

Whether this indicates that Miles will be the only Spiderman in the next game is unclear. We might see a surprise entry from Peter as Peter did promise Miles that he’ll be there if Miles ever needs him.

Norman Visits Otto Octavius

Norman, who is hell-bent on plotting revenge against Spiderman, goes to see Otto Octavius, who is now behind bars. This scene clearly indicates the sequel of Spiderman 2 as Otto concocts a final plan to get his revenge on everyone.

Spiderman 2 Ending Otto Norman
CREDIT: Insomniac Games

Although Otto still holds a massive grudge against Norman for taking away his lab in the first game, they both share a common enemy now, Spiderman.

Otto rejoices in Norman’s loss and tells him that he, too, needs to experience loss. Norman asks what he is writing, and Otto replies, “The final chapter.”

Spiderman 2 Ending Otto Final Chapter
CREDIT: Insomniac Games

This ending strongly implies that Norman and Otto will be two of the main villains in the next game, which could also be the last of the franchise. However, as with these kinds of endings, we can never say what will happen next.

Cindy Moon Makes an Appearance

The final post-credit scene in Marvel’s Spiderman 2 shows Rio preparing dinner for Miles, Hailey, and her new boyfriend Albert. Miles and Hailey share a moment before Rio arrives with his daughter, Cindy Moon.

Spiderman 2 Ending Cindy Moon
CREDIT: Insomniac Games

For those of you who don’t know, Cindy Moon is actually the superhero Silk in the Marvel comics. She was bitten by the same spider that made Peter Spiderman. Therefore, with her introduction, we can expect many more enemies like Morlan, who Cindy has a history within the comics.

All in all, the ending of Marvel’s Spiderman 2, although tied up many of the major storylines in the game, has also clued us into several things that all hint towards multiple potential plot points for the next Marvel Spiderman game. We’ll have to wait and see what exciting story the next game holds for us.
