Riot has revealed the upcoming Yasuo skin, Foreseen Yasuo, which will be released on patch 13.2.
Season-start cinematics have become a yearly tradition in League of Legends. Since The Climb cinematic in 2018, we have been getting an epic cinematic every year. The last proper cinematic we got was in 2022, with the release of The Call. Afterward, Riot released one of the worst things they have ever released. And that is the season 2023 cinematic, The Brink of Infinity. It was so bad that Riot had to apologize for it.
But after that disaster, Riot confirmed that the newer cinematic would be similar to the previous ones. Additionally, it would feature champions like Kayle and Aatrox. Players were understandably hyped about this cinematic.
And recently, they released the season 2024 cinematic, Still Here. It’s a visual spectacle and, as stated before, features many iconic champions. Not only that, some of the champions were depicted in different periods. One of the champions included in the cinematic is Yasuo.
In this animation, it showcases Yasuo around the end of his lifespan in an alternative future. There, Yasuo is an old man. Though he may be old, he’s not fragile. He still has his old moves.
Looking at his unique design, many players, including myself, wanted to see a proper rendition of this old man Yasuo in-game. And we didn’t even have to wait at all, as immediately afterward, Riot unveiled the upcoming skin Foreseen Yasuo.
