Sony revealed the most downloaded PlayStation Store games in the US and Europe regions in 2023.
Sony recently published the charts for the most downloaded games on the PlayStation Store for the US/Canada and Europe regions last year. The company had a record-breaking year in 2023 and globally dominated the game console market. Sony sold 22.5 million units of PlayStation 5 in 2023 and nearly outsold Nintendo Switch(16.4 million) and Xbox Series X/S(7.6 million) combined.

Even though Sony sells a record number of PlayStation 5 consoles every year, PlayStation 4’s lifespan is nearing its end. However, that did not stop the players from buying and enjoying new games from the PlayStation store.
The company published the top 20 most-sold games for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 in the US/Canada and Europe. In addition, they have also released the top ten most downloaded games for PlayStation VR, PlayStation VR2, and Free-to-play games in both regions.
Most Downloaded Games on the PlayStation Store
PlayStation 5
Hogwarts Legacy was the most-sold game on the PlayStation Store in the US/Canada region, followed by Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, Madden NFL 24, and NBA 2K24.
EA Sports FC 24 led the sales chart in Europe, followed by Hogwarts Legacy, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, Grand Theft Auto 5, and Marvel’s Spider-Man 2.

EA Sports FC 24 is again leading the chart in Europe, ahead of Minecraft, Red Dead Redemption 2, Grand Theft Auto 5, and FIFA 23.
