However, catching pals with pal sphere is not the only way to catch rare pals; you can also collect and hatch eggs to unlock new pals in Palworld. There are several types of pal eggs, and the Huge Dragon Egg is one of the rarest to come across. This guide will look at where to find huge dragon eggs in Palworld.
Where to Find Huge Dragon Eggs in Palworld
A Huge Dragon egg is usually black with a cool purple camo design. If you’re looking for one, you might want to try higher altitude areas like mountains or cliffs. People have had the most luck finding them in places like Mount Obsidian and Ruined Fortress City.
While moving through the mountain of Mount Obsidian region, keep your eyes open toward the cliff and their bases to look for the Huge Dragon Eggs. Since you will have to search across mountains, much climbing will be required. To make the search process easier, you should use a flying mount like the Nitewing to climb high mountains without much effort.
Since Mount Obsidian is in a warm biome, you must take the Tropical Outfit to protect yourself from the warm weather. Unlock all the fast travel points near that area, especially the one at Fisherman’s Point, so you can search for the egg easily while keeping yourself safe.
How to Hatch a Huge Dragon Egg
Like all the other eggs in Palworld, you will have to put the Huge Dragon Egg in the Egg Incubator to hatch it. The incubation process will take approximately two hours. Keep the Egg Incubator in a warm area to make the incubation process faster.
Once the incubation process is completed, press and hold F to hatch the egg. The possible spawns from Huge Dragon Eggs are dragon-type pals like Relaxaurus, Jormuntide Ignis, and Jetragon.
