Nintendo’s next-generation console is reportedly targeting a March 2025 release to ensure sufficient games available at launch.

According to new reports, Nintendo will release the successor to the Switch game console in March 2025. Like the current Switch, the upcoming console will also feature a stationary and portable version. It was previously rumored that Nintendo would release the console sometime in 2024, but the company decided to delay the release to 2025 so the console would have enough games at the time of release.

Insider Gaming reported that Nintendo had informed game publishers that the upcoming console will launch in Q1 2025. The report claimed that third-party game companies were recently informed about an internal delay in Nintendo’s plans to launch the next generation of consoles later in 2024 rather than earlier in 2025.

Switch 2 Releasing In March 2025

According to a report published by Japanese media outlet Nikkei, which claimed that Nintendo has reportedly delayed the release of the Switch successor to avoid potential hardware supply issues. Apart from preventing the hardware supply issues, Nintendo reportedly delayed the console’s launch window so that the company will have enough games available for the console when it is launched next year.

Nikkei’s report stated that the console will be a hybrid portable-stationary device, similar to the current Switch. Moreover, the report also mentioned that the next generation Switch will feature a larger display than the original Switch’s 6.2-inch display.

Nikkei reported that Nintendo could further delay the release of the Switch 2 until after March 2025, depending on manufacturing and whether the console’s software is ready for launch.

Here is the list of all playable characters in Super Mario Bros. Wonder.

Super Mario Bros. Wonder is the latest entry to the Super Mario franchise developed and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch. The game is the first side-scrolling Super Mario game in the last decade.

Therefore, the gameplay, as well as the story, is as familiar to us as it gets. You guide a character of your choice to the end of the level while pummelling through or completely avoiding the enemies and going over all the obstacles the game throws at you.

Read More: All Power-Ups: Super Mario Bros. Wonder

One of the notable features of the game is the number of playable characters it offers. While the concept of many playable characters isn’t exactly new, the new game expands upon its previous roaster by quite a big margin.

Also, this time around, the game made clearing levels a whole lot easier with the introduction of characters with special advantages. So, let’s go over everything there is to know about each of the 8 characters in Super Mario Bros. Wonder.

List Of Playable Characters In Super Mario Bros. Wonder

You can play Super Mario Bros. Wonder as any of the 8 characters listed below:

1. Mario

The first playable character is, of course, the red iconic plumber himself, Mario. There is no surprise here as we have seen the plumber run and jump across the platforms for years and years.

And as always, the classic mushroom power-ups turn Mario into Super Mario. But the new power-ups, like the one that turns Mario into an elephant, are something to see for yourself!

2. Luigi

Super Mario Bros Wonder Luigi
CREDIT: NINTENDO

The younger brother of Mario, Luigi, has probably always been the second playable character in a Mario game. There is a misconception among Luigi players, though, that Luigi jumps slightly higher than Mario. But in Super Mario Bros. Wonder, there will be no difference gameplay-wise among the two brothers.

3. Peach

Super Mario Bros Wonder Peach
CREDIT: NINTENDO

Peach has always been the damsel in distress in Mario games who gets captured by Bowser at the very beginning of the story. But not in this one.

Although we have gotten the opportunity to play Peach in games like Super Princess Peach, where you have to save the Mario Brothers, she never really has been the main playable character in a game where you can also play Mario.

4. Daisy

Super Mario Bros Wonder Daisy
CREDIT: NINTENDO

Truth be told, Princess Daisy’s inclusion is not something we expected in Super Mario Bros. Wonder’s roster, as Princess Daisy has always been more of a side character like Waluigi.

But we’re not complaining, as Daisy’s unique color scheme and cheerful personality is something that goes hand in hand with the whole theme.

5. Toad

Super Mario Bros Wonder Toads
CREDIT: NINTENDO

You can actually play with two different colors of Toad in the new Super Mario Bros. Wonder. This also means that you and your multiplayer friend can both play as Toad!

His piercing voice might not be for everyone, but his willingness to face what he is scared of is definitely something we can all get behind!

6. Toadette

Super Mario Bros Wonder Toadette

Toadette was a memorable playable character in Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker, and now, she also makes a welcome appearance in Super Mario Bros. Wonder.

Toadette is the third female playable character in the new game. Her joyful personality can definitely be contagious and will bring a few chuckles to whoever decides to play as her.

7. Yoshi

Super Mario Bros Wonder Yoshi

Yoshi first debuted in Super Mario World on the SNES as Mario’s sidekick. He usually serves as Mario’s trusted steed. One notable feature of Yoshi is that Yoshi can gobble enemies with his long tongue and lay eggs that function as projectiles!

In Super Mario Bros. Wonder, Yoshi can be played in four different color variants! The available colors are Red, Green, Yellow, or Light Blue.

Also, Yoshi is one of the characters alongside Nabbit, who are meant to be played if you want to play the game in easy mode. We’ll explain that in more detail below.

8. Nabbit

Super Mario Bros Wonder Nabbit
CREDIT: NINTENDO

Unlike the others, Nabbit actually made his franchise debut as an enemy that Mario would track down and chase. But he quickly became a fan favorite and has since appeared in several Mario games. And now, Nabbit is officially a playable character in Super Mario Bros. Wonder!

As mentioned above, Nabbit is also an Easy Mode character in this game. So let’s next dive into what exactly is different when you play as Nabbit or Yoshi when compared to the others.

Nabbit & Yoshi: Easy Mode Characters

Yoshi and Nabbit are the only two playable characters in Super Mario Bros. Wonder who do not take damage. However, there will be a trade-off as they can not utilize any of the power-ups in the game.

So essentially, playing Yoshi and Nabbit will make the levels significantly easier. Having said that, there are a couple of differences between Yoshi and Nabbit that are worth mentioning.

Yoshi, whenever hit by an enemy, is only temporarily stunned. Whereas Nabbit is completely immune to enemy attacks.

Another fun little feature is that other players can actually ride on Yoshi! Meaning, that if you have friends playing with you and you pick Yoshi, then your friends can actually jump and ride on Yoshi.

And since Nabbit and Yoshi are meant for a younger audience, this can add a ton of fun to the gameplay when you’re playing together with them.

Wondering how long it will take to beat Super Mario Bros. Wonder? – Then this guide can help.

Super Mario Bros. Wonder is the latest entry in the Mario franchise in Switch. It consists of eight worlds for the players to explore.

If you just want to finish the main storyline, then you will have to visit six worlds. But the special world is where you face the hardest of challenges, and it is something most Mario players want to try out.

That being said, to the completionists out there who are wondering exactly how long it takes to beat Super Mario Bros. Wonder, the answer is between 8 to 10 hours.

But this timing can be debatable as there are a few things you will have to consider before coming to a conclusion regarding the game’s duration.

Read more: How to Do The Infinite 1-UP in Super Mario Bros Wonder?

Don’t worry because that is what this guide is all about. In this guide, I will go through everything you need to know about the duration of Super Mario Bros. Wonder and how long it might take you to beat it!

Super Mario Bros. Wonder Total Duration

Super Mario Bros. Wonder
Credits: Nintendo

To get straight to the point, if you want to beat Super Mario Bros. Wonder, it will take you somewhere between 8 hours and 17 hours to beat the game. This depends on the fact that you have the necessary skills to navigate the game without restarting much.

But why this time frame? For that, you should follow this table:

ActivityTime
Main Story~ 8.5 hours
Main Story + Side Quests~ 11.5 hours
Full Completion~ 17 hours
Casual Play~ 12.5 hours

If you are just following the main story and nothing else, then you should be able to finish the game between 8 to 9 hours. If you are doing side quests along with the main story, then it can take up to 12 hours, which is also how long it should be with a standard run.

But if you are a completionist going for all the trophies & rewards, then it might take you 17 hours or more to finish the game.

The infinite 1-UP in Super Mario Bros Wonder is the best thing you can exploit on this weekend!

Super Mario Bros. Wonder came to triumph over innovation and creativity. Even though it cooked the same familiar formula of the Super Mario series, devs tried a shot and imbued it with a unique sense of adventure as it added a new dimension to the gameplay.

Remind you that these new mechanics are not merely gimmicks; they are cleverly incorporated into the design that gave the output of a challenging and rewarding puzzles and obstacles. Which can be clearly observed as Super Mario Bros Wonder has some of the finest level design in the series.

Now sometimes, devs do a little to heavy trolling which can be exploited in ways that makes us fall into the game more than ever. Needless to say, Super Mario Bros. Wonder is no exception as well. So, what did the devs do here anyway, you might ask. Let’s find more about that and the apparent ways you can exploit it. Hop in!

The Infinite 1-UP in Super Mario Bros. Wonder

1-Ups are a delicacy in Super Mario. From hidden blocks to question mark blocks, item boxes, and even enemy drops, they can be a potential source. Needless to say, their necessity, it’s better to state the fact that there is a hidden 1-Up in every world. Either way, you have to buy some or find out about some. But there is always something to exploit in Super Mario.

With upholding that tradition, there are basically Two ways you can get the 1-UP for almost like in an infinite amount. There are certain ways to do so and that is what i’ll be breaking down to you. Stick around!

How to Exploit The Infinite 1-UP

First Way

Get to the Pipe-Rock Plateau and then select the Scram, Scaddler stage, finish off all the Skedaddlers, and head to the area with the red and green pipes. These are necessary for the plot. Now, get the shell from the red koopa. You will find this guy on the left of the pipes. Then simply drop the shell between the green and red pipes to make a barrier.

All you have to do is now push the green pipe towards the red pipe to tighten up the space. As you can see now, the shell is now tightly cornered.to the right to make the space between the two pipes smaller. The space should be small enough for your character to fit and for the shell to stay in place. Now, jump! You will soon have a stash of 1-UPs.

Another One

There is another way you can try. Same world, same stage, but to go with this, you need to be Yoshi and need to have the Flutter Jump. It is better if you have the parachute cap as well, as this combination is perfect for staying in the air for longer. Pretty crucial to the plot, again.

Credit: copycat(YT)

Now, chase down a Skedaddler to the area with the yellow barrels. This poor guy is now cornered and will start shooting acorn projectiles at you. What you have to do is carefully time out and jump on the acorn, float in the air, time it perfectly till the next acorn is shot, and jump! You might get off your nerves, but this is another way.

And dis is de way. Until next time!

How to Sell Items in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

To sell any unused items that are taking up space, you must first go to the Pokemart, or shall I say, Pocket Mart. Now, there are Two ways you can make a trade. You can either sell items Individually or in Bulk. The process is more or less the same. However, just some extra add-up steps while making a Bulk amount request. Let’s get into it.

Sell Items Individually

  • Interact with the Guy in the Blue Section.
  • He will give you Three choices:
    • I’d like to buy
    • I’d like to sell
    • I’m good, thanks
  • Choose the Sell option
  • Now, you will see all the items you have stashed over time. All you have to do is select the items you need to sell.
  • Now, select the amount.
  • Press the A-button to confirm the deal with the NPC guy
  • The in-game mechanic now will show you the amount of Pokedollar you will be getting for that particular item. Click yes if that sounds good to you.
  • You get your Pokedollar.

Sell Items in Bulk

  • Before selecting the items, press the “+” button on the controller. It will enable to sell off items in Bulk.
  • Now, select all the items you need to clear out at once.
  • Seal the deal, as mentioned before.

And that is how you sell items both individually and in Bulk amount in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Prosst!

Players can learn academic abilities and knowledge from Uva and Naranja Academy. To catch the Pokémon, you must use Poké Balls which have different variants.

Learn everything you need to know about the Mass Outbreaks in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.

The mass outbreak is a cool feature introduced in the second generation of Pokemon games. And now, this feature still remains in the Seventh generation. However, this term can also be referred to as Pokemon outbreaks. What happens is, a rare Pokemon will randomly appear at a random place in a huge number. All you have to do is, stock up the pile.

Moreover, these type of Mass Outbreaks in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, along with other Seventh generation installments, raises the chance of crossing the path with a Shiny Pokemon. However, the chance remains very little; yet.

And that is all we are gonna rant about in this guide. Hop in!

What are Mass Outbreaks

Generally, a single species of Pokemon will spawn at an unexpected place at an unexpected time. Precisely, for a limited amount of time. You can roughly come across about 150 Pokemon at a given time. Neither is there species specificity nor the area. Means, you have to roam all around the Paldea.

These type of Mass Outbreaks remains for a whole real-world day. On top of that, there can be around 4-5 Mass Outbreaks in a single day throughout Paldea in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Fill up your bag until 100 of them are out of the zone.

After that, they will either flee away, or the in-game mechanics will stop the mass outbreak for the greater good. These Mass Outbreaks in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are a perfect chance to complete your Pokedex if you haven’t found the very specific Pokemon that you have been chasing for days. Check the map for a “?” mark and head to that place to check if that one Pokemon caused that havoc. You might get lucky.

Apart from that, the Pokemon you have caught will show a Pulsing Icon on the map. And to make your life a bit easier, you will get a notification once you are near any outbreak.

And before entering into the battle, do hit that Let’s Go to boost up some EXP while your Pokemon does the rest. So, sit back and lie down; we will be counting stars.

Shiny Pokemon From Mass Outbreaks

Now, what a Shiny Pokemon is, just your normal daily-life Pokemon that comes in different color codes. And they shine. If you need one, you need to defeat slay down more and more Pokemon from the mass outbreak. That will eventually raise your chance of coming across to a Shiny Pokemon.

However, if you have Shiny Charm and Sparkling Power Sandwich in your stash, I suggest using it as a combo to increase your chance further.

Take note that if you leave that particular area where a Mass Outbreak just occurred and return to that place later, your chances will still be the same to catch a shiny variant.

And that is all I had for the Mass Outbreaks in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Stay tuned for more updates!
