Heavenscale Ezreal and its prestige edition are revealed, along with the splash art, price, and release date, in celebration of the new Lunar Year.
We are officially less than 24 hours away from League of Legends season 2024. Already Riot has revealed their plans for this year, including massive gameplay changes, several updates on upcoming ASU, VGU, skins, and ranked changes, among several others.
Riot has a separate skin line dedicated to the new Lunar Year. Riot has continued to release skins under this category every year since 2011. These skins are known for traditional yet fashionable articles of clothing with vibrant, mesmerizing colors and flashy visual effects that perfectly capture the festive mood. Firecracker Vayne, Firecracker Jinx, Lunar Empress Lux, etc, are some of the successful Lunar Revel skins.
This year is no exception, as Riot has revealed the ‘Heavenscale’ lineup for the occasion. Ezreal, Smolder, Diana, Kai’sa, Lee Sin, Master Yi, and Janna are going to receive skins under this lineup. Ezreal will also have a prestige edition of this skin.
The Heavenscale skins all have Red and White used in them as the primary colors. There are also traditional patterns in the wears, signifying native Chinese culture. Primarily, dragons’ scales are creatively embedded into the skins’ design, hence the name ‘Heavenscale’ as dragons are the creatures of sky or heaven.

Heavenscale Ezreal will be priced at 1350 RP as it’s an Epic skin. As for Prestige Heavenscale Ezreal, it will be available in the Worlds 2023 Event for 2000 Tokens.
Release Date
All the Heavenscale skins along with Heavenscale Ezreal and Prestige Heavenscale Ezreal, will be released on Patch 14.3, which will go live on Wednesday, February 7, 2024.
