Hecarim, The Shadow of War, released in 2012, is one of the oldest champions in League of Legends. Hailing from the Shadow Isles, Hecarim is a spectral fusion of man and beast, cursed to ride down the souls of the living for all eternity.
In-game, Hecarim is a champion with excellent mobility and the ability to do substantial damage to multiple enemies. Lancer Zero Hecarim is one of the first Mythic skins Riot ever released. It’s a mecha-themed skin with some great visual works and animations.
The problem with the skin is the lance. All the other skins usually have Hecarim holding a halberd. It can be used both as a thrusting weapon and a slashing weapon. But, in this skin, the Hecarim uses a lance, which is primarily a thrusting weapon, and seeing him use it as a slashing weapon feels very awkward and turns off many people.
